Texas A&M Athletics - Autograph & Donation Requests
The Texas A&M Athletics Department is fortunate to be able to support non-profit organizations throughout the community. As much as we would like to service as many organizations as possible, because of the high demand of requests and NCAA rules, we simply cannot support every worthy cause.
In order for us to serve as many donation and autograph requests as possible, requests must comply with the guidelines set forth below.
**Please remember that requests are not guarantees.
It can take up to 5 business days to process your request (prior to mailing) once payment is received, dependent on the Requestor’s response time. When making requests, please keep in mind the Texas A&M University holiday schedule (click here).
Texas A&M Athletics has the right to approve or deny any non-profit organization request based on NCAA rules, institutional policy or other criteria considered by the institution on a case-by-case basis. Autographed items may not be donated to, or used for fundraising efforts that directly or indirectly benefit, one or more students in grades eight through junior college or their coaches or athletics organizations, including but not limited to:
Furthermore, the following requests will not be satisfied:
If your organization and request (including its proposed beneficiary) may be satisfied, the Donation/Autograph Request Form (see below) must be completed in its entirety by the person or organization seeking the item, before a final decision will occur. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The price of each autographed item covers the base price of the equipment and shipping costs.
Fan Packs and Print Collateral
Because of the volume of requests and budget restraints, we are unable to send out fan packs and we encourage you to visit 12thmanshop.com for all your Texas A&M University merchandise needs. Print collateral is limited and reserved for distribution to Aggies in attendance at our athletic events.
Our teams may dedicate one of their in-championship season home contests to support a national or local philanthropic cause/initiative. Our support staff assists them in their marketing efforts to help serve an organization or cause they are passionate about in conjunction with one (1) dedicated athletic event. Department administration will not accommodate philanthropic requests from other individual organizations, teams, persons, etc. during the academic year.
Organizations are invited to prepare a Charitable Support Request for consideration by Texas A&M student-athletes (teams) to support a cause, given a team may not have already selected a mission to serve in conjunction with an in-season home contest.
