Rebecca Spangler has served as Assistant Manager of Internal Operations since the Summer of 2024.
As assistant manager, Spangler assists Athletics Department teams and units handle travel, invoicing and credit card terminals, as well as usage of the University's new Emburse system.
She joined Athletics after four years with the Division of Student Affairs at Texas A&M. Prior to that Spangler worked in ticket operations for the University of Denver and the Frisco Roughriders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers.
A native of The Woodlands, Spangler graduated from Baylor University in 2016 and is currently pursuing a master's degree at Texas A&M. She enjoys reading, crocheting and knitting in her free time. Her and her husband, Jacob, have three dogs--Doc, Oakley and Chewie.
