Erik Dorler joined the Athletics Department in the Fall of 2022 as Coordinator of Facilities and Operations and was promoted in the Summer of 2024 to Assistant Director. He currently has oversight of the 102,000-seat Kyle Field and manages the day-to-day operations of the fourth-largest stadium in collegiate athletics.
Dorler came to Aggieland after five years in South Bend with Notre Dame Athletics. In his role with the Irish, he assisted with the daily facility operation of the Compton Family Ice Arena. Prior to Notre Dame, Dorler worked for one season in a similar role with the University of Michigan Athletics' Yost Ice Arena.
A native of Stockton, New York, Dorler graduated from SUNY-Fredonia in 2016. He enjoys traveling and watching sports in his spare time.
