1. Your compensation must be commensurate with the going rate for camp counselors of like teaching ability and camp experience.

2. You may not be paid on the basis of the value you may have for the employer because of your reputation or contact with prospective student-athletes or the number of campers you sent to the camp.

3. You may not be reimbursed for your travel expenses (i.e. mileage) if you also transported any prospective student-athletes to the camp. Prospective student-athletes are defined as those who have started classes for the ninth grade or received free or reduced admission to the institution's camp.

4. Men's Basketball Camp Employees: You are NOT affiliated with (e.g., parent, legal guardian, family member, handler, personal trainer, coach, advisor, agent, mentor, pastor) either a prospective student-athlete currently being recruited by the Texas A&M men's basketball program or a current Texas A&M men's basketball recruited student-athlete.

5. Men's and Women's Basketball Camp Employees: If you are affiliated with any prospective student-athlete you may NOT serve as a speaker (either on a salaried or voluntary basis) for a Texas A&M basketball camp. As a camp counselor, you may only perform speaking duties that are normally associated with camp counselor duties (e.g., skill instruction).
