COLLEGE STATION- No. 14 Texas A&M hosts Georgia at 7 p.m. on Thursday, looking for a season sweep over the Lady Bulldogs. The Aggies have won all three matchups with the Lady Bulldogs, a team that advanced to overtime of the Elite Eight in last season's NCAA Tournament.

This is the first visit to College Station for Andy Landers' Georgia club, a historic program that has won 11 SEC regular season and tournament titles and advanced to five Final Fours, all under Landers. The teams have met three times, all since 2011, with A&M winning by double digits each time. The most memorable of the matchups came in the 2011 Sweet 16, as the Aggies secured a 79-38 victory on the way to the National Championship.

Thursday's matchup is of paramount importance to both clubs, although for very different reasons.

The Aggies, coming off of a 72-67 win Sunday against then-No. 16 LSU, have shot up five spots in the AP Poll this week, and look to remain just one game behind No. 5 South Carolina for first place in the SEC Standings. Texas A&M took the first matchup against then-No. 25 Georgia this season, 58-44 in Athens, Ga., which was the second of three straight wins against ranked opponents for the Aggies.

Georgia, who started the conference season 0-4 after the loss to Texas A&M, have since gone 4-2 in league play and are looking for a signature win to bolster their NCAA Tournament resume. The Lady Bulldogs have qualified for 30 of the 32 NCAA Tournaments to date, more than any school in the nation save for Tennessee.

The game is televised on FS Southwest+, with Will Johnson and former Texas A&M assistant coach Tap Bentz on the call. FSSW+ can be found on most cable and satellite providers, airing on channel 677-1 (HD) on DirecTV and 9581 on Dish Network. Fox Sports Southwest Plus is typically on these stations in their broadcast area, but coverage varies, so check your local listings for availability.

Additionally, there is coverage nation-wide to subscribers of Fox College Sports Pacific, which can be found on the sports tier of most satellite and cable providers.

The game also can be heard on KZNE 1150 AM in Bryan-College Station with Bret Dark and Mike Caruso on the call. The audio of the call is also available on AggieAthletics.com.

After this game, the Aggies embark on two road games, the first of which takes place on Sunday, February 16 at Alabama, a game televised on FSN at 12 p.m. The Aggies return to Reed Arena for the penultimate home game of the regular season against Kentucky on Sunday, February 23 at 1 p.m.
