COLLEGE STATION- Texas A&M hosts Alabama to kick off its second women's basketball season in the SEC on Sunday at 2 p.m. This is the last women's game for Holiday Hoops, presented by Texas A&M Physicians.
Tickets start at just $4 for general admission for this game. There will be a post-game autograph session after this game. As always, the Gary Blair Kids' Court will be open in the Cox-McFerrin Center for Aggie Basketball prior to the game.

The Aggies have been led recently by Courtney Williams, who became the first Texas A&M player to score 20+ points in three straight games since Kelsey Bone in Dec. 2012. With 20+ points against Alabama, Williams would become the first A&M player with four straight 20+ point games since Danielle Adams in 2010-11.
Texas A&M is coming off of a win against UTEP, who is receiving votes in the AP Poll, where the Aggies led as many as 26 in the second half, and never let UTEP closer than 13 en route to a 74-58 victory. Karla Gilbert had a career-high eight blocks in that game, the second-most blocks in a single game in A&M history.
Alabama is led by former Texas Tech head coach and former A&M assistant (1994-96) Kristy Curry. Three Alabama players, Shafontaye Myers, Daisha Simmons and Ashley Williams, average double figures in points, and the Crimson Tide have won four of their last six games.
After this game, the Aggies hit the road to face LSU on Jan. 9, a game that will be broadcast on CST.
