Made 17 appearances, starting five contests ... compiled a 1-2 record with one save and a 3.76 earned run average ... tossed 38.1 innings, striking out 23 and walking just seven ... first career start came in the series finale against Seton Hall (Feb. 20) ... went five innings and did not factor in the decision, a 6-3 Aggie win ... allowed six hits and three runs (one earned) while striking out two and not issuing a walk ... picked up first victory of the year in QTI Baylor Classic finale against Texas State, allowing seven hits and two runs over five innings of work ... was strong against Winthrop (March 7) but again got no decision (5 IP, 2 H, 1 R) ... Big 12 relief appearances came against Texas Tech (March 21), Missouri (March 28), at Kansas (April 1) and against K-State (May 23) ... strong in relief outing against UTSA (April 6) ... punched out all three Roadrunners faced ... started at No. 10 TCU (April 13), giving up three hits and one earned run over two innings while suffering the loss ... gave up three hits and four runs (all unearned) against No. 17 Oklahoma (April 25) ... earned first save of the season vs UT Arlington (May 18), giving up a run on three hits over the final 2.1 innings ... Appeared in 27 games, starting 14 (five in left field, five in right field, four at DH) ... hit .231 on the year in 52 at-bats with two home runs and 10 RBI ... had three multi-hit and two multi-RBI games on the year ... totaled just 13 at-bats in Big 12 play, but notched a double, home run and three runs batted in ... first career hit was a pinch-hit, eighth-inning double against McNeese State at Olsen Field (Feb. 26) ... drove in the first run of his career with a pinch-hit, two-out single in the Aggies' 7-4 win over Louisiana Tech (March 2) ... went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI in a 12-0 win over UT Arlington on March 18 ... first career home run was a three-run shot to right in the first inning of A&M's Big 12 opener at Oklahoma State (March 21), a game the Aggies would win, 9-5 ... matched career highs with two hits and three RBI in A&M's Big 12 Tournament game against Texas (May 22) ... launched his second home run of the year, a two-run blast that left Oklahoma City's AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, in the contest ... hit .273 (3-for-11) as a pinch-hitter ... longest hitting streak of the season was two games (March 18-21).
