Earned second-team All-SEC honors during his first season on the court for Texas A&M … started 31 games, averaging 28.8 minutes per contest … scored in double-digit points in 25 of 31 games played to ranked 11th in the SEC by averaging 13.7 points per game … saw his scoring average increase to 13.8 during league play … led the Aggies with a 6.6 rebound per game average which also ranked 10th in the SEC … during conference play, averaged 7.1 boards per contest, sixth most among all SEC players … also paced A&M with 17 blocked shots on the year … shot 45 percent from the field and 72.8 percent from the free throw line … notched two double-doubles during the season … scored 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting during his A&M debut in the season-opener against Northwestern State (11/14) … produced his first double-double of the season with a 12-point, 11-rebound performance against the College of Charleston (11/21) during the Puerto Rico Tip-Off … went 11-of-13 from the field, including a perfect 4-of-4 ledger from 3-point range, to put up a season-high 27 points against Youngstown State (12/13) … alongside teammate Danuel House (21 points vs. YSU) became the first A&M duo to exceed 20 points in a game since David Loubeau and Elston Turner each scored 20 against Florida on Dec. 17, 2011 … reached the 20-point mark again against Mercer, going 7-of-13 from the floor and 6-of-7 from the charity stripe … missed the Alabama (1/6) and Kentucky (1/10) games with a sprained ankle … went 6-of-7 from the free throw line for a second straight game, scoring 18 points to go along with nine rebounds in a road win at LSU (1/17) … finished with nine rebounds and 16 points during a home win over Missouri (1/21) … narrowly missed a double-double for a third straight game, ending play with a game-high 18 points and nine rebounds as the Aggies won at Tennessee for a second straight season (1/24) … pulled down a season-best 13 boards and posted his second double-double of the season with 10 points as a late Aggie rally fell short at Arkansas (2/24) … made 9-of-10 free throws to put up 19 points in a win over Auburn (2/28) … scored a game-high 25 points, converting 10-of-14 field goal attempts, as the Aggies opened the NIT with a home victory over Montana (3/17).
