2015 (JUNIOR): Hit 3-for-5 with five RBI agaist Holy Cross (5/14), finished the series with seven RBI, a homerun, two steals, and an OBP of .571...reached base twice and scored a run in each of the first seven games of the season (2/13-22)...

2014 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 30 games with 18 starts, including 12 in leftfield and six in rightfield... hit .262 (16-for-61) with 18 runs, three doubles, one home run, seven RBI and six stolen bases... played in 10 SEC games with four starts... hit 3-for-8 with one home run, one stolen base, two runs and one RBI in series against Northeastern (2/14-16)... batted 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, one RBI and one stolen base against Northeastern (2/15)... went 2-for-4 with one walk, two runs, two RBI and two stolen bases against Stephen F. Austin (2/18)... hit 2-for-3 with one walk, one double, one stolen base and one run in series opener against Louisiana Tech (3/7)... batted 3-for-4 with one double, two runs and one RBI versus UT Pan American (3/11)... played in 31 games for the Victoria Generals of the Texas Collegiate League... hit .152 with 11 runs, three doubles, nine RBI and three stolen bases.

2013 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 26 games, including one start in rightfield ... Saw action primarily as a pinch-runner and defensive replacement in the outfield... hit .167 (2-for-12) with nine runs and one stolen bases... appeared in 12 conference games, going 0-for-1 at the plate with five runs and one stolen base... Made first collegiate appearance against Illinois-Chicago (2/16)... earned first start against Northwestern State (2/26) logging his first career hit and career run, going 1-for-3 with one run... also went 1-for-3 with one run scored against Cal State Fullerton (3/10)... played 37 games for the Victoria Generals of the Texas Collegiate League over the summer, hitting .288 (34-for-118) with eight doubles, one home run, 14 RBI and 15 stolen bases.

At the Brook Hill School: Played for Terry Pirtle at the Brook Hill School…named Mr. Baseball... received first team All-State honors three times and All-East Texas twice... logged a batting average of .554, 16 doubles, eight home runs and 15 stolen bases his junior year and an average of .447, five home runs, 11 doubles, seven triples, 34 RBI, 17 stolen bases and 60 runs his senior year... team won the state championship his junior and senior year... also played wide receiver and defensive back in football, lettering three times and garnering first team All-State honors his sophomore year, as well as running track in which he lettered twice and set the school record for the long jump... football team advanced to the state championship game his sophomore and junior years... played summer baseball for the Dallas Patriots... named Dallas Patriot of the year.

Personal: John Britton Moss was born on  June 21, 1993 in Tyler, Texas to Richie Moss and Amy Loosier... has four younger siblings Morgan, Seth, Dalton and Avery... sports management major who aspires to be a sports agent... dad played baseball for Navarro Junior College and his cousin, Cory Rauschenburger, plays for the St. Louis Cardinals... enjoys hanging out with friends, fishing and playing golf.
