2013 (Freshman): Appeared in 22 games with 14 starts, including eight at third base and three each at first base and designated hitter... hit .189 (10-for-53) on the season with eight runs, five doubles, four RBI and one stolen base... played in seven SEC games, including four starts, hitting .150 (3-for-20) with two runs, two doubles and two RBI... made first collegiate appearance as a pinch-runner against UIC in the season opener (2/15)... earned first career start against UIC (2/17)... tallied first career hit and first career run against Pepperdine (2/24), going 1-for-3 with one run, one double and one walk... batted 2-for-7 with two runs, one double, one walk and one stolen base in two-game series against Northwestern State (2/26-27)... notched first career RBI at South Carolina (3/29), going 1-for-3 with one double and two ribbies... hit 1-for-3 with one run, one double and two RBI against UTSA (4/2)... notched two hits, including a double and scored a run in the series opener against Mississippi State (4/12)... tabbed the Texas Collegiate League’s best shortstop in 2013, playing for the Acadiana Cane Cutters... finished second in the TCL in batting with a .339 mark at the dish... ranked among the top 10 in the league in runs scored (38), hits (60) and stolen bases (17)... in 49 games he logged 11 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 29 RBI.

At Deer Park High School: Played for Emrick Jagneaux at Deer Park High School... earned Team Texas, first-team All-State shortstop and District MVP honors... logged the most home runs and RBI in the 2012 season... recorded a batting average of .315 and one home run his freshman year and an average of .585, nine home runs, 52 RBI and a .985 fielding percentage... registered two home runs in one inning against Rayburn... team advanced to the second round of playoffs his freshman, sophomore and senior year and the third round his junior year... also played point guard for his high school basketball team and lettered once... played summer baseball for the Houston Heat.
