2013 (SOPHOMORE): Started 61 games as a sophomore, including 30 at third base, 23 at second base and eight at shortstop... hit .253 (55-for-217) with 34 runs, eight doubles, one triple, one home run, 27 RBI and 16 stolen bases... led team with 29 walks and 11 hit-by-pitches... one of two Aggies (along with Krey Bratsen) to start all 29 SEC games, hitting .264 (28-for-106) with eight runs, one double, one home run, 17 RBI and seven stolen bases ... paced team with RBI in SEC contests with 17... scored five runs in his first five games despite not logging a hit, posting five walks, two HBP, two sacrifice bunts and three stolen bases... hit 2-for-3 with one hit-by-pitch, one stolen base and two runs in first game against Northwestern State (2/26)... drove in three runs and notched a double in win against Rice at the Houston College Classic (3/2)... batted 3-for-4 with two runs, one double and RBI in series opener against Cal State Fullerton (3/8)... hit 5-for-13 with one run, one home run, one stolen base and five RBI in series against Georgia (3/15-17)... batted 2-for-4 with one RBI in second game against Georgia (3/16)... slugged 2-for-5 with one home run, one run and three RBI in series finale versus Georgia (3/17)... drew three walks and scored one run in five plate appearances against UT Arlington (3/26)... hit 3-for-5 with two runs against UTSA (4/2)... slugged 5-for-11 with five runs, one double, two walks, one stole base and one RBI in series against Auburn (4/5-7)... went 2-for-2 with one double, one walk, two runs and one RBI in series finale against Auburn (4/7)... hit 2-for-4 with two runs against Sam Houston State (4/9)... batted 4-for-10 with three walks and one stolen base in series against Mississippi State (4/12-14)... was hit by two pitches, drew a walk, laid down a sacrifice bunt and scored two runs at Sam Houston State (4/16)... hit 4-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, two doubles and one RBI against Grambling State (4/30)... batted 1-for-3 with two runs, one walk, one hit-by-pitch and one stolen base in SEC Tournament win against Florida (5/21)... went 2-for-4 with two RBI against Mississippi State (5/23) at the SEC Tournament... hit 2-for-5 with two runs, one triple and one RBI in NCAA Corvallis Regional win over UTSA (6/1)... played in 35 games for the San Luis Obispo Blues of the California Collegiate League, hitting .295 (38-for-129) with 32 runs, seven doubles, one triple, 16 RBI and a team-high 18 stolen bases.

2012 (FRESHMAN): Played in 50 games, includng 47 starts (29 3B, 12 2B, 6 SS)... Batted .289 (43-of-149) with 16 runs, three doubles, two triples, 14 RBI and four stolen bases... earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention in his first season in Aggieland... also named to the Big 12 All-Freshman team...season featured 13 multi-hit games... started all 24 Big 12 games, hitting .197 with seven runs, one double, two triples, nine RBI and nine sacrifice bunts... made his first career start on February 26 against Holy Cross where he went 2-for-3 in his Aggie debut... batted 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI in win vs. Northwestern State (2/28)... hit 2-for-2 with two runs and one walk in series opener against Michigan State (3/2)... batted 2-for-3 with two walks, one triple, one hit and one RBI in series opener against Kansas State (3/16)... hit 2-for-3 with one RBI in series finale against Kansas State (3/18)... batted 6-for-12 with one double and two runs in series at Pepperdine (3/23-24)... went 2-for-4 with three RBI in the win at Texas (4/28)... finished in the top ten in the conference in both walks and triples.

AT BOERNE CHAMPION HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Chuck Foster at Boerne Champion High School... garnered first team all-district honors three consecutive seasons and first team all-area honors his final two years... named to the San Antonio Express News Super Team twice, including player of the year and all-state honors as a senior (2011)... holds the school record for every major offensive category at CHS... batted above .400 his final three seasons with a high of .480 as a senior when he scored 61 runs and collected 44 RBI... also played football, lettering twice as a wide receiver/defensive back... played summer ball with Brazos Valley Renegades.

PERSONAL: Blake Austin Allemand was born July 1, 1992, in San Antonio, Texas, to parents Andre and Pam Allemand... father played baseball at Blinn College... both parents attended Texas A&M... has a younger sister, Brooke... a sports management major, aspires to work in the front office of a major league team... enjoys wake boarding, snowboarding and bird hunting in his spare time.
