COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Texas A&M baseball team will hold walk-on try outs this September for students looking to compete for a spot on the Aggie roster. Any students with plans to try out must attend a mandatory 6 p.m. meeting on Thursday, Sept. 8, at the Olsen Field trailer by the batting cages before the try outs begin on Thursday, Sept. 15.

In order to participate students need to have proof of a sports physical that has been completed in the past six months as well as results from a sickle cell blood test. Both tests can be performed at the University Health Center or by a family doctor. Students are required to have their doctor fill out the attached form and bring it, along with blood test results, to the walk-on try out meeting on Sept. 8.

For any questions regarding walk-on try outs please contact the Texas A&M baseball office at (979) 845-4810.
