2015 (SENIOR): Reached base in 4-of-5 Plate Appearances with two runs, two walks, and two driven in against Holy Cross (2-14)...

2014 (JUNIOR): Appeared in five games, including two starts... hit .143 with one RBI... logged first A&M hit against Sacramento State (2/22)... logged a walk and a sacrifice fly in win against Abilene Christian (4/16)... played for the Brazos Valley Bombers of the Texas Collegiate League... helped lead Brazos Valley to their second consecutive TCL title... appeared in 53 games for the Bombers, batting .320 with 35 runs, eight doubles, two home runs, 30 RBI and 18 stolen bases... named MVP of the TCL All-Star game, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

AT PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE: As a freshman (2012), he earned second team All-Conference and first Baseman honors, helped his team make it to the Regional Tournament, and held a .353 AVG, with 25 RBI...sophomore year sprouted another second team All-Conference and first Baseman 2013 title along with third team All-American...led his team to the 2013 Regional Tournament and rounded out the season with a .420 AVG, 9HR and 44 RBI...played summer ball with the Brazos Valley Bombers...summer accolades include first team All-TCI, breaking TCI RBI and win records, and set a new total bases record for Bombers.

AT CLEMENTS HIGH SCHOOL: Under the direction of Israel De los Santos, he and his team advanced to the State Semi-Finals in 2010 and the Regional Finals in 2011...claimed first team All-State Designated Hitter and first team All-District Designated Hitter in 2010...his senior year (2011),  gained first team All-State, first Baseman and District MVP honors...finished off his last year with a .522 AVG, 9HR and 61 RBI...also participated in football, where he earned  two letters as a wide receiver and defensive back...played summer baseball with the South Texas Sliders.

PERSONAL: Born November 4, 1992 in Houston, Texas, George Raymond Hinsley is son to Ray and Arlene Hinsley and Lynnene Hinsley...has three younger siblings-Brycen, Alex and Griffin...uncle Ross Newlin attended A&M...Industrial Distribution major with a plan of getting his degree and obtaining a job he loves...on his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf.
