SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Garnered All-SEC first-team honors… In the fall, started the season with an impressive 11 match win streak including the individual title at the SEC Fall Classis in Nasheville, Tenn… Named SEC Player of the Week on March 5 after wins over No. 55 Tsvetan Mihov of South Carolina and No. 65 Spencer Newman of Florida, also partnered with Shane Vinsant to defeat No. 9 Gordon Watson and Elliott Orkin of Florida… played the No. 1 line for the Aggies, went 5-2 in SEC matches this spring and 13-8 in dual matches. The New Braunfels, Texas native finished the season ranked No. 21 after ringing up a team-leading eight wins against ranked opponents this spring… Finished the year ranked No. 63 alongside Vinsant, partnered to go 8-1 in doubles action in league play primarily on the second doubles court. The sophomore tandem led the Aggies with 21 wins this spring, tied for 10th most doubles wins in a singles season in program history.


FRESHMAN (2012-13): Garnered All-SEC second-team honors as well as All-Freshman team accolades…In the fall, partnered with Shane Vinsant and claimed the ITA Texas Regional doubles championship and advanced to the USTA/ITA Indoor Individual championships held in New York…Adams and Vinsant were also named as an alternate doubles pair for the NCAA individual championships…Twice named the SEC Freshman of the Week (1/20 and 2/10)…Posted an overall singles record of 22-12 with a 16-9 mark coming in dual match play…Posted a 4-4 mark in SEC action and went 1-7 against ranked opponents…Posted a 2-3 record from the No. 2 line, 13-6 from the No. 3 line and 1-0 from the No. 4 line…Secured the match-clinching point in five matches…Highest regular season ranking came on May 2 when Adams was ranked 103rd…In doubles, posted a 29-13 overall record, going 18-9 in dual matches…The 18 doubles wins was good for tops on the team…Posted a 9-3 mark in SEC doubles play and with Vinsant as his partner…The tandem went 7-5 against ranked opponents…Posted a 2-0 record from No. 1 doubles, 15-9 from No. 2 and 1-0 from No. 3…Adams and Vinsant’s highest ranking came on January 3 when they came in at No. 6.

HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR CAREER: Competed in the Junior US Open, the Orange Bowl and in Kalamazoo as a junior…claimed the Texas 5A State Championship and received accolades of the top player in the nation.

PERSONAL: Harrison F. Adams born May 25, 1994 to Don and Cynthia Adams of San Antonio…has five siblings: Henson, Alex, Samantha, Henry and Sarah…majoring in Sports Management at Texas A&M…in his spare time, he enjoys fishing and aspires to be a top-100 tennis player.
