2014 (JUNIOR): Scored 26 runs in 43 starts on the season, hitting 24 singles and adding two doubles and two triples for a pair of RBI … Has four bunt hits in as many at bats, and added eight sacrifice bunts … Contributed one stolen base on the season and two outfield assists.

2013 (SOPHOMORE): Made 58 appearances on 52 starts in her sophomore season ... hit .302 (39-for-129) with 26 runs scored and eight RBI ... Second on the team with 14 steals, going 14-of-16 on the base paths ... Seven multi-hit games and four multi-run games ... Nine-game hit streak from Feb. 9 to Feb. 17 ... Against Stephen F. Austin, went 2-for-2 with a double, an RBI, a walk and a stolen base (Feb. 20) ... Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base against Georgia (April 21) ... Went 2-for-3 with a run and a walk in the series opener against Ole Miss (April 26).

2012 (FRESHMAN): Saw playing time in 38 games in her rookie season, starting in nine in centerfield ... Recorded seven base hits in 25 at bats ... Recorded one walk and two sacrifice bunts, while scoring 10 runs ... Was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases ... Recorded 12 putouts in centerfield ... Was a mainstay as a pinch runner, helping the Aggies on the base paths in 24 games ... Had a career-best two hits vs. No. 5 Washington (Feb. 24) ... Scored three runs in Big 12 play, at Iowa State (April 6) and vs. No. 7 Texas (April 26, 29).

PREVIOUS ATHLETIC BACKGROUND: Four-time TGCA 4A All-State Academic All-District selection while playing for Montgomery High School in Montgomery, Texas ... Was named to the All-Greater Houston Area first and second teams all four years of high school ... Chosen as the 2008 18-4A District Newcomer of the Year and the All-County Newcomer of the Year ... Named the 17-4A District MVP as a senior ... Named All-State by the Texas Girls' Coaches Association (TGCA) and was put on the TGCA Academic All-State softball and volleyball teams ... Played in the 2011 Houston Area High School All Star Game ... Also played in the Texas All-Star game and was a regional finalist in the ESPN/Under Armour All-American Game ... Named second-team ESPN All-America and Montgomery County Offensive MVP in 2011 ... Led her Impact Gold travel team to a second-place finish at the 2009 ESPN/Premier National Championship and a fourth-place finish at the 2009 ASA Gold National Championship ... Has one brother, JP Clopton '13 (20) and one sister, Jenny Clopton (15) ...  Comes from a family of Aggies that includes her father, brother, three cousins, an aunt and an uncle ... Cousin Katie Herrick plays soccer at Texas State ... An involved student at Montgomery High School who was the Montgomery Dobbin 4-H President and was selected to Girls State, the First Bank of Conroe Junior Bank Board, the National Honor Society and the Rotary Club Leadership Program ... Chose A&M because "I have grown up as an Aggie with my parents being diehard Aggie fans. I love all the traditions here at Texas A&M. The coaching staff and team made it feel like a second home on my official visit." ... A sport management major and business minor who is involved in the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) on campus.
