COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Big 12 Champion Texas A&M soccer team met with President George H.W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush Tuesday at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center.

"This was a great event for our players and staff," head coach G Guerrieri said. "President and Mrs. Bush were so gracious and kind to spend time with us."

The Aggies were invited to attend a historical combat deployment briefing with several crew members from the USS George H.W. Bush  and took time for a photo opportunity with Bush No. 41 and Mrs. Bush before the presentation.

"What an incredible experience for these Aggies," Guerrieri said. "It's the kind of night I'm sure our girls will always remember."

The No. 21 (NSCAA Final) Aggies won their 12th-and-final Big 12 title in 2011 and appeared in their 17th-straight NCAA Tournament, advancing to the second round.
