After helping Oklahoma State claim the 2011 Big 12 title and earn a Fiesta Bowl victory, Scott Aligo is in his first season as a defensive graduate assistant with Aggie football.
The Tonganoxie, Kan., native worked as a quality control assistant at OSU a year ago assisting with the defensive and special team units. Prior to OSU, Aligo spent the 2010 season as a graduate assistant at Washburn University. Additionally, he served as a player personnel assistant with the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs for four years.
Aligo is a graduate of Kansas earning his degree in Sports Management in 2005. He married the former Sarah Phillips in June.
