 Meridith Haynes

Meridith Haynes joined the Athletics Department in 2013 and serves as the administrative assistant for the Texas A&M men's basketball program.

Haynes serves as assistant to head coach Billy Kennedy while also managing daily office operations, facilitating summer camps and assisting with special events and promotional activities. She is also the advisor for the Aggie Angels, one of the team's official student support groups.

A native of Buna, Texas, Haynes graduated from Houston Baptist University in 2012 with a degree in communication and rhetoric and a minor in journalism and media.

Prior to joining Texas A&M she served as Student Organizations Coordinator and Welcome Days Coordinator at HBU, worked in hospitality services for Marriott Hotels for three years and spent time as leasing and marketing manager for Aggie-owned Worth Residential in College Station.

In her free time, Haynes enjoys working with 220 Ministries summer camps, serving as a national volunteer for Alpha Chi Omega sorority and spending time with family and friends.
