Owner of two degrees from Texas A&M, Reynolds returned to his alma mater in 2008 to serve on Mike Sherman’s staff and was retained by Aggie head coach Kevin Sumlin in 2012.

Prior to returning to the college ranks, Reynolds played a key role in a trio of Super Bowl campaigns by two NFL teams — the 1997 and 1998 games with the Green Bay Packers and the 2006 Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks.

In 1993, Reynolds joined the Packers organization under Mike Holmgren as the administrative assistant for football operations from 1993-95. He spent the next three years as the offensive assistant and quality control coach for the Packers from 1996-98.

When Holmgren moved to the Seattle Seahawks he took Reynolds with him. Reynolds served in all areas of the Seahawks’ organization working closely with Holmgren as assistant to the general manager from 1999 and 2000 and then as director of football administration in 2001 and 2002 until he assumed the position of offensive assistant and quality control coach for Seattle from 2003-07.

Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution in 1988 from Texas A&M and completed work on his master’s degree in education administration in the spring of 1992. While completing his master’s degree, Reynolds assisted with the Aggies’ recruiting operation with Tim Cassidy.

Upon receiving his master’s degree, Reynolds accepted the assistant recruiting coordinator position at the University of Tennessee in 1992.

A native of Missouri City, Texas, Reynolds and his wife, Beth, have two daughters, Hannah and Olivia.
