FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The No. 9 Texas A&M men’s tennis team travels to Arkansas to face the Razorbacks 2 p.m. (CT) Friday at the George M. Billingsley Tennis Center in Fayetteville.

The Aggies (12-5, 3-1) will play their third straight conference match on the road after splitting a pair of road contests last weekend losing to Kentucky and defeating Vanderbilt. The Razorbacks (9-9, 1-3) return home after a couple 4-3 results last weekend besting Alabama after falling to Auburn.

Texas A&M boasts three singles players ranked in the top-50 of this week’s ITA rankings, Harrison Adams at 12th, Shane Vinsant at 23rd and Jeremy Efferding at 50th. The maroon and white also feature a pair of ranked doubles teams in Junior Ore and Jackson Withrow at 5th and Efferding and Jordan Szabo at 38th. The Razorbacks also feature a couple of ranked doubles teams in Hall Fess and Pete Thomason at 59th and Manfred Jeske and Mike Nott at 78th.

Last season these two teams met in College Station with the Aggies registering a 7-0 sweep of the Razorbacks. Current Aggies that tallied wins were Ore, Efferding, Adams, Withrow and Szabo a season ago.

Following Friday’s match the Aggies will remain on the road as they travel to the bayou to take on LSU at 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Stay tuned to AggieAthletics.com and follow @AggieMTEN on Twitter for coverage of Texas A&M men’s tennis.
