AT SEVEN LAKES HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters for Coach Chad Payne... tabbed Class 5A All-Texas Third Team by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association and honorable mention by the Texas Sports Writers Association in 2013, hitting .430 with two home runs... picked up Rawlings All-American honors as a junior... tabbed a Class 5A All-Texas shortstop again by the THSBCA in 2012, hitting .433 with five home runs and 20 stolen bases... Also earned All-District 19-5A First Team as a junior... named All-District 19-5A Honorable Mention as a sophomore, batting .380 with two home runs... batted .460 with three home runs as a freshman... earned All-Greater Houston and all-district honors all four years..
