Won the starting job in fall camp and started the first eight of the season ... passed for 2,649 yards and 23 touchdowns on 214-of-321 attempts (66.7 completion percentage) in eight games of action ... on A&M’s single season passing lists, Hill ranks No. 5 in passing yards, No. 4 in passing touchdowns, No. 4 in completions and No. 2 in completion percentage ... broke A&M’s single game passing yards record with 511 yards on 44-of-60 passing in his starting debut against South Carolina. He became first Aggie and sixth SEC QB to post a 500-yard passing game ... his 44 completions and .733 completion percentage (minimum of 40 attempts) set school records, while his 60 attempts were the fourth-most in school history ... passed for a career-high four TDs four times ... passed for 300-plus yards in five games ... passed for 400+ yards twice -- 511 vs. South Carolina and 401 vs. Ole Miss ... did not play in the final four games of the regular season after losing his starting job to freshman Kyle Allen.
